Responsibilities

  • Lead and strategize global compensation programs, policies, and governance
  • Advise executive leadership on compensation strategy and risk management
  • Develop and mentor the compensation team to cultivate high performance and collaboration
  • Design and oversee governance of global compensation programs, including salaries and bonuses
  • Absorb and implement executive compensation benchmarking and recommendations for the Compensation Committee
  • Create materials and analyses for Board-level discussions on compensation matters
  • Evolve the company’s compensation philosophy to align with business objectives

Qualifications

  • 12-15+ years of progressive compensation experience, mainly in the technology sector
  • 7+ years leading compensation teams, fostering professional development
  • Expertise in global compensation strategy, executive compensation, and equity programs
  • Significant experience supporting Compensation Committees and Boards
  • Familiarity with compensation survey providers and tools like Aon/Radford
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with a keen ability for stakeholder management
