About the role

Oversee the revenue cycle operations to ensure efficient billing, collections, and coding processes across multiple community hospitals in Plymouth, Milton, Needham, and Winchester. Manage a team of revenue cycle specialists and collaborate with clinical and financial teams to improve patient satisfaction and financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue cycle performance
• Manage staff training and development programs
• Collaborate with clinical and financial teams to enhance patient care and financial outcomes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external payers and third-party vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare finance or revenue cycle management
• Proven track record of improving revenue cycle efficiency and reducing costs
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards

• $180,000 - $200,000 annually
