Director, Communications Technology & Insights

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Communications Technology & Insights to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will shape the enterprise communications technology strategy, driving standardization, scalability, and stronger decision-making across the function. The ideal candidate will oversee the communications technology ecosystem, partner with stakeholders to select and implement solutions, and ensure platforms are governed effectively. You will also build performance reporting frameworks and support operational excellence through improved workflows, data, and AI-enabled insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise communications technology strategy to support scale and standardization
• Manage the communications technology ecosystem, including solution selection and implementation oversight
• Oversee core platform implementation while ensuring alignment with security and governance standards
• Build communications performance reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights
• Standardize workflows and enhance operational excellence across the communications function

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in communications technology, digital systems, or analytics, plus a Bachelor's degree
• Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for decision-making
• Experience owning enterprise-level technology platforms and leading change management initiatives
• Expertise in communications technology and AI-enabled solutions
• Strong understanding of data governance and metadata structures

Pay

$140,000 – $200,000 annually
