We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the job posting. First, job title is already shown, we should not repeat as heading. We need to extract: - About the role: description of role, maybe the paragraph after "As part of the Strategy & Integration team...". That is substantive. - Responsibilities: bullet list under "What You Can Expect". Those are responsibilities. - Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The posting has "What You’ll Need" list (experience, degree, abilities). Also "It’d Be a Plus If You Had". Could combine into Requirements and Skills. We need to decide sections. We have to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Pay: The posting includes salary range: "$147,100.00 to $220,700.00". Also mention "Market competitive base salaries, with a yearly bonus potential". So we can include Pay section with that. Benefits: The posting lists many benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, PTO, leave, 401(k) match, company-funded pension, wellness programs up to $1,600, work/life resources, education benefit, employee stock purchase plan, discretionary annual incentive. So Benefits section. Schedule: The posting mentions hybrid work arrangement, on-site presence recurring basis as determined by business, manager will provide details. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. We should not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the specifics. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. First, About the role: combine paragraphs describing role: "As part of the Strategy & Integration team, the Director, Communications Intelligence Strategy will report to the VP, Insights & Governance and help build a more decision-ready intelligence capability for Communications. This role is well suited for a strategic, curious and analytically minded leader who can connect signals, convene perspectives and translate complex data into clear implications, while serving as a trusted counselor to Communications and enterprise partners. The role will strengthen foresight, issue readiness, narrative choices and enterprise reputation outcomes by helping leaders anticipate issues earlier, understand stakeholder signals more clearly and make sharper communications decisions. The current employee work arrangement for this position is hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site." That's prose. Then Responsibilities: list from "What You Can Expect". Items: - Intelligence Strategy: Build the intelligence agenda for Communications, connecting reputation, sentiment, competitive, stakeholder, business and performance signals into a more decision-ready view. - Foresight and Issue Readiness: Develop early-warning approaches, intelligence readouts and escalation inputs that help leaders anticipate issues, understand stakeholder shifts and prepare more effectively. - Executive Insight Products: Lead development of dashboards, briefings and insight packages that synthesize complex data into clear implications, narrative choices and key considerations. - Cross-Functional Signal Integration: Partner with Brand, Investor Relations, People & Experience, Corporate Affairs and business communicators to bring together inputs that improve planning and issue response. - Analytics Leadership: Guide analytics support and partner with the Manager, Analytics to ensure data quality, dashboard usability and measurement outputs serve senior decision-making. - Strategic Counsel: Convert signals into practical counsel for the VP, Intelligence and Policies, Head of Strategy & Integration, CCO, SLT partners and broader enterprise teams, strengthening reputation readiness and communications effectiveness. We'll put each as

  • . Then Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The "What You’ll Need" list: - 7–10 years of experience in communications measurement, reputation intelligence, stakeholder research, media analytics, corporate affairs, market research or related strategy roles. - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Data Science, Market Research, Business, Public Affairs or a related field. - Strong ability to synthesize reputation, sentiment, competitive, business and performance signals into clear implications, counsel and recommendations for senior leaders. - Experience building intelligence products, dashboards, readouts or early-warning systems that support planning, issue readiness and narrative decision-making. - Fluency with social listening, media monitoring, stakeholder research, AI-enabled intelligence tools and data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau. - Strong executive communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to present complex signals clearly, convene perspectives and guide decisions under ambiguity. - Strong analytical judgment, reputation acuity, quality discipline and comfort partnering across Communications, Brand, Investor Relations, People & Experience and Corporate Affairs. Then "It’d Be a Plus If You Had": Advanced degree or equivalent applied experience preferred. We could combine into Requirements section, maybe separate "Preferred Qualifications". But we only have headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put the core requirements under Requirements, and the plus under Qualifications or Skills. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we can put all under Requirements (including plus) as a list. Or we could split: Requirements (mandatory) and Qualifications (preferred). That seems reasonable. Thus:

    Requirements

    with list of mandatory items.

    Qualifications

with list of preferred (Advanced degree or equivalent applied experience preferred). Could also include "Prudential welcomes all applicants..." but that's boilerplate? It's encouraging but maybe not needed. We'll keep just the plus. Skills: Could be separate but we already have skills in requirements. Might be redundant. Better to combine mandatory and preferred into Requirements and Qualifications sections, and not have Skills. But we need to follow instruction: use headings only when posting has real specific content. We have content for Requirements and Qualifications. Pay: we have salary range and bonus. Benefits: list. Schedule: hybrid work arrangement. Now craft HTML. We need to ensure we don't include any boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Let's write:

    Schedule

The role is hybrid, requiring on‑site presence on a recurring basis as determined by the business; your manager will provide specifics on the expected number of on‑site days.

Check for any repeated content: We included hybrid schedule also in About the role paragraph; but we also have Schedule section. The About the role paragraph includes hybrid description; we might be duplicating. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. It's okay to have some overlap but maybe we should avoid duplication. However, the About the role paragraph includes the hybrid schedule detail; we could keep it there and still have Schedule section summarizing. It's not invented, it's same info. Might be okay but could be considered duplication. The instruction didn't forbid duplication, but we should aim to not repeat unnecessarily. However, the About the role paragraph is a prose description; we could keep it as is, and Schedule section could be brief. It's okay. Check for any boilerplate: We omitted EEO, legal, etc
