About the role
We are searching for the best talent for a Director, Communications - Advanced Surgical Instruments. This role will sit out of or Santa Clara California or Cincinnati, Ohio office on a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities
- Create strategic communications programs that drive business outcomes
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop thought leadership and earned/owned media strategy
- Create and develop strategic messaging and content for various formats
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
- 10+ years of professional experience in communications, marketing communications, public affairs, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience creating high-quality written and visual content across multiple formats
- Experience working cross-functionally with matrixed teams and managing complex workflows
Qualifications
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with digital, social, and multimedia communication platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence without authority

Pay
The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $172,000.00 - $297,850.00
