Director, Clinically Integrated Network - Northwest US Region
About the role
The Director, Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) is responsible for growth, performance, and provider transformation under value/risk-based reimbursement models. This position acts as a strategic and operational leader in creating care models aligned with LifePoint's mission and values, as well as payer and consumer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains the operations of the CIN and Accountable Care Organization ("ACO") including growth and expansion
- Continually builds physician relationships to promote quality and cost improvement initiatives
- Promotes day-to-day clinical programs, performance improvement, and operation of the CIN and/or ACO
- Directs the launch and implementation of CIN value-based reimbursement programs
- Improves clinical and financial performance of contracts from payers
- Builds sustained third-party payer relationships essential for network growth and success
- Tracks industry standards and trends for clinically integrated networks (CIN)
- Prepares materials and leads network committee and board meetings
- Expands the number of physicians and hospital partners in the network to increase influence, performance, and patient impact
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred
- Experience: 7-10 years of healthcare leadership experience in a multi-group practice, integrated health care system, or managed care organization
- Leadership experience in a CIN/ACO preferred
- Knowledge of provider-based contracting and care management models
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
