About the role

The Director, Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) is responsible for growth, performance, and provider transformation under value/risk-based reimbursement models. This position acts as a strategic and operational leader in creating care models aligned with LifePoint's mission and values, as well as payer and consumer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains the operations of the CIN and Accountable Care Organization (“ACO”) including growth and expansion
  • Continually builds physician relationships to promote quality and cost improvement initiatives
  • Pairs with physician colleagues to direct day-to-day clinical programs, performance improvement, and operation of the CIN and/or ACO
  • Responsible for launch and implementation of CIN value-based reimbursement programs
  • Improves clinical and financial performance of contracts from payers
  • Builds sustained third-party payer relationships essential for network growth and success
  • Tracks industry standards and trends for clinically integrated networks (CIN)
  • Prepares materials and leads network committee and board meetings
  • Expands the number of physicians and hospital partners in the network to increase influence, performance, and patient impact

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred
  • 7-10 years of healthcare leadership experience in a multi-group practice, integrated health care system, or managed care organization
  • Leadership experience in a CIN/ACO preferred
  • Knowledge of provider-based contracting and care management models
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
