We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Benefits, Pay, Schedule maybe. We must include only sections with real content. The posting includes Overview (which we can treat as About the role). Responsibilities section present. Qualifications present. Benefits mentioned: "Menarini Stemline offers generous compensation and benefits packages, including Short- and Long-Term Incentive Programs, Fidelity 401(k) (with 6% company match), Anthem Premier PPO and HDHP insurance plans, Company paid Basic Life & AD&D insurance and pre-tax FSA/HSA programs." Pay: "Base Salary Range of $240,000-272,000." Schedule: travel up to 60% mentioned under Responsibilities and Qualifications; also "Ability to travel, locally and regionally, up to 60% with overnight stays". That's schedule/travel info. So we can include Schedule section. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: EEO statements, etc. Also remove "About Us" maybe? The "About Us" section includes corporate description; is that substantive? It's about the company, not the role. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." The About Us is not about the role but could be considered substantive? However typical job posting includes About Us; but we might keep it? The instruction says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". The About Us is present; but we have no heading for About Us in allowed headings list (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). About Us not in list, so we should not create a heading for it. We could fold that content into About the role? But that would be adding content not originally under About the role. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." For About Us, it's not minor metadata; it's company description. But we don't have a heading for it in allowed list. Should we drop it? The instruction says "Preserve ALL substantive information". If we drop About Us, we lose substantive info. However the allowed headings list does not include About Us; maybe we can treat About Us as part of About the role? But that would be misrepresenting. However the instruction says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It gives examples, not an exhaustive list? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we should not include About Us heading; maybe we can incorporate that info into About the role paragraph? But that would be adding content not originally there. However the About the role overview already contains description of role; we could append the company description as additional paragraph under About the role? That would be adding info not originally under About the role but still substantive. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Adding company description under About the role is not inventing; it's moving existing info. It's not summarizing away detail. It's okay to reorganize as long as we keep all info. So we can put the About Us content into a paragraph under About the role heading. Similarly, we need to include Skills? The posting mentions skills throughout; but we could incorporate them into Qualifications or Responsibilities. Since we have a Qualifications section, we can put skill-related bullets there. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's six sections. We must not include Skills heading unless there is specific content; we can omit. Now we need to format. Let's extract content. About the role: Overview paragraph(s). The Overview includes multiple sentences. We'll combine into a paragraph. Responsibilities: list of bullet points. The responsibilities section includes many sentences; we can break into bullet list items. Need to preserve all substantive info; we can create
    • for each distinct responsibility. The responsibilities block includes headings like "SCIENTIFIC EXCHANGE" and "HEOR/RWE Research". We could treat those as subheadings but we are not allowed to create extra headings beyond the allowed list? Not specified; we could keep them as plain text inside
    • or maybe as . Safer to keep as plain text within
    • . We'll split by sentences or logical chunks. Qualifications: list of requirements. We'll create bullet list. Benefits: list of benefits mentioned. Pay: salary range. Schedule: travel up to 60% etc. We must not include boilerplate like EEO statement, "Reasonable accommodations may be made..." etc. Also remove "All qualified applicants will receive consideration..." etc. Also remove "About Us" heading but we incorporate its content. Also remove "Please note--this position is classified as a corporate office position. In accordance with the New York employer convenience rule, Stemline will withhold New York state income taxes for all corporate office employees, regardless of whether these employees work in New York or remotely." That's metadata about tax; could be folded into a short

maybe under About the role? It's minor metadata; we could drop it? The instruction says fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we could either drop or include as a short p. I'd drop it to keep concise. Also remove "Tagraxofusp..." etc. That's part of About Us description; we incorporated that. Now craft HTML. We'll start with

      About the role

      then

      ...

      . Then

      Responsibilities

      • ...
      • ...
      Then

      Qualifications

        ...
      Then

      Benefits

        ...
      Then

      Pay

      Base Salary Range of $240,000-272,000.

      Then

      Schedule

Ability to travel, locally and regionally, up to 60% with overnight stays (e.g., Payer meetings, payer/institution locations, internal meetings, medical meetings, congresses, and training). May travel up to 60% (as noted elsewhere).

Might combine. We need to avoid duplication. We'll just include one sentence: "Ability to travel, locally and regionally, up to 60% with overnight stays (e.g., Payer meetings, payer/institution locations, internal meetings, medical meetings, congresses, and training)." Now let's extract details. We'll drop the note about corporate office and NY tax as minor metadata. Now About Us content to incorporate: "About Us Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Founded in 1886 in Naples under the name of Farmacia Internazionale, Menarini moved in 1915 to Florence where the Group’s headquarters are still located today. High quality therapeutics and diagnostics solutions for patients, ethics as our underlying principle, dedication to innovation and advancement, strong people centricity and environmental sustainability. These five pillars form the foundation of the Menarini Group, an Italian pharmaceutical company with nearly 135 years of history. The Menarini Group is present in 70 countries and our products are sold in 140 locations around the world. Its companies span from Europe to Asia, to Africa and the Middle East, to Central America and to the United States where with the acquisition of Stemline Therapeutics, a NASDAQ-listed biopharmaceutical company, the company marked its entry into the US oncology market. Thanks to the valuable contribution of around 18,000 employees, every year more than 500 million packs of drugs are produced at the Group's 18 manufacturing sites including a biotech plant for the manufacturing of monoclonal antibodies that also serves external clients distributed across 6 continents. Menarini has made a strong commitment to oncology, investing in a pipeline of five investigational compounds for the treatment of a variety of haematological and solid tumours. The acquisition of Stemline Therapeutics in June 2020, further strengthened Menarini’s oncology portfolio, adding both commercial and clinical-stage assets. Tagraxofusp is a novel, first in class targeted therapy for patients with blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN) and to date, the only approved treatment for BPDCN in the U.S. and EU, and the first and only approved CD123-targeted therapy. Tagraxofusp is also being evaluated as both a single agent and in combination, in other CD123+ indications, including acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), chronic myelomonocytic leukaemia (CMML), and myelofibrosis (MF). Additionally, Menarini received exclusive rights to commercialise Selinexor for the treatment of oncology indications in the European Union and other European countries (including the United Kingdom), Latin America and other key countries. Menarini has signed an exclusive licensing agreement with Karyopharm Therapeutics for the rights to commercialise an innovative therapeutic option in Europe, Latin America, Turkey, Russia, and CIS countries. Selinexor is a first-in-class, oral Selective Inhibitor of Nuclear export compound for the treatment of hematologic cancers and solid tumours. It is already marketed in the US for multiple myeloma and is under development for solid tumour indications. Selinexor is registered in the EU for both early and late lines. Menarini entered into a global licence agreement with Radius
