About the role
Tidewell Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Clinical Services for Regional Hospice Programs to lead clinical operations across hospice care settings within an assigned region. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing patient and family care services, developing high-performing interdisciplinary teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring exceptional quality, compliance, and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee hospice clinical operations across home care teams, inpatient units, and community partner facilities within your region.
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing interdisciplinary teams while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and service excellence.
- Drive quality, patient satisfaction, census growth, and operational performance through effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, medical directors, and community partners to ensure exceptional patient and family experiences.
- Monitor regulatory compliance, quality standards, staffing effectiveness, and clinical outcomes while maintaining state and federal requirements.
- Represent Tidewell Hospice and Empath Health as a community ambassador through provider relationships, outreach activities, and strategic partnerships.
