Location: Flint, MI, Facility: PACE Michigan, Department/Specialty: Clinical Operations, Schedule: Full-time | Day, Salary: $92,493.52 - $125,138.10 per year

Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize departmental operations to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care.
• Provide mentorship that strengthens team effectiveness and morale.
• Implement streamlined policies that ensure consistent service delivery and successful achievement of productivity goals.
• Maintain a focus on quality improvement and contractual compliance, driving ongoing operational success through regular assessment.
• Cultivate a high-retention environment focused on employee satisfaction, ensuring the highest standards of care for our patients.
• Identify and seize opportunities for departmental growth through proactive marketing and community collaboration.

Requirements

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider preferred, American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Practical/Vocational Nurse preferred, Registered Nurse preferred.
• Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing is required.
• Must possess at least 2 years of proven leadership experience.
