Responsibilities
- Direct and optimize departmental operations to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care.
- Provide mentorship that strengthens team effectiveness and morale.
- Implement streamlined policies that ensure consistent service delivery and successful achievement of productivity goals.
- Maintain a focus on quality improvement and contractual compliance, driving ongoing operational success through regular assessment.
- Cultivate a high-retention environment focused on employee satisfaction, ensuring the highest standards of care for our patients.
- Identify and seize opportunities for departmental growth through proactive marketing and community collaboration.
Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Practical/Vocational Nurse preferred. Registered Nurse preferred.
Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing is required. Must possess at least 2 years of proven leadership experience.
