About the role

As a Director of Client Services in the Healthcare sector, you will be responsible for leading a team that ensures high-quality customer service and satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of healthcare industry trends and client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to ensure exceptional client experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of driving client satisfaction and retention
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems and project management tools
