About the role

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic client programs that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage project budgets and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Monitor progress against key performance indicators and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within existing programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in project management or client relationship management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of an organization.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment.

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and their integration with project management tools.
• Strong understanding of client relationship management principles and practices.
