About the role

This role advances people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic client relationships and drive end-to-end integrated planning for specific accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and proactively identify potential risks
  • Lead performance optimization through data analysis and scenario modeling
  • Facilitate clear decision-making in client meetings by converting insights into actionable narratives
  • Develop new business opportunities by shaping cross-channel solutions and scoping projects
  • Champion product-led strategies while ensuring robust measurement and quality assurance
  • Foster a culture of accountability and professional development among team members

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in client leadership within performance marketing, specifically for Small and Medium-sized Businesses
  • 4+ years of experience in people leadership, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
  • Strong ability to establish relationships with executive stakeholders and manage complex projects
  • Cross-channel marketing knowledge, including digital channels and measurement techniques
  • Fluency in Bliss Point or similar analytics platforms, with the ability to translate insights into strategic decisions
  • Financial acumen to interpret financial data and ensure operational excellence

$110,000 – $140,000 annually
