About the role
We are introducing a new capability into our firm: a dedicated commercial function that works alongside our senior partners to accelerate growth. This is a true selling role — you will close deals and carry quota responsibility — while also enabling our partners to win the opportunities they lead.
Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation — New Logos: Map the target market, build and maintain a prospecting cadence, qualify opportunities, coordinate RFP and pitch processes.
- Partner Collaboration: Facilitate clean handoffs on complex engagements, develop target account plans, participate in pipeline reviews, act as institutional memory.
- Market Presence and Network Development: Represent the firm at industry events, build and maintain a broad network of referral sources, support thought leadership distribution.
Requirements
- 5 – 10 years in complex, multi-stakeholder B2B services sales.
- Personal deal closure experience.
- Background in adjacent professional services (relocation management, HR consulting, employment law, benefits advisory, ERP or HCM consulting).
- Demonstrated track record of new logo acquisition.
- Experience working alongside senior professionals (partners, principals, managing directors).
- Proactive value creation, connector mentality, and emotional intelligence.
- Genuinely curious about global mobility as a domain.
- Resilient and self-directed mindset.
Qualifications
- Understanding of long sales cycles, relationship-led buying, and professional services engagements.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and the need to build substantive knowledge of immigration, tax, compliance, and assignment management.
- Structured, consistent BD routine; proactive value creation; connector mentality; emotional intelligence.
Skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and systems.

Pay
A base salary of $175K. Total OTE approx. $350K. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
Schedule
Hybrid. One candidate on the east coast, one on the west coast.
