Director, Client Coding Integration

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

About the Role

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and coding integration efforts for smooth transitions
• Develop standardized workflows and best practices for coding integration
• Align integration strategies with revenue cycle objectives alongside Client Delivery and Operations teams
• Oversee outpatient coding functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Monitor KPIs to improve coding productivity and quality
• Analyze performance metrics and audit results for improvement opportunities
• Serve as a liaison among coding teams, providers, and clients for alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare coding or revenue cycle operations
• 3+ years of leadership experience in coding teams or integration functions
• Deep understanding of physician/outpatient coding, including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS
• Experience in client integrations or large-scale operational initiatives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
