Director, Career Services and Employer Relations

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train Career Services staff to enhance performance
• Provide career counseling to students and alumni on job search strategies
• Lead employer outreach and cultivate relationships for job opportunities
• Conduct statistical analysis to evaluate Career Services initiatives
• Plan and implement programs and events focused on career development
• Oversee the department's budget and expenses

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in career services or related field
• Strong understanding of career counseling and employer relations
• Familiarity with ABA and NALP regulations and trends in the legal market
• Experience in managing and training teams effectively
• Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with employers and alumni
• Excellent communication and organization skills
