What you'll do

  • Model integrity and accountability by embedding Walmart’s values into programs and practices and fostering an environment of trust, transparency, and high standards.

What you’ll bring

  • Strategy and problem-solving expertise with experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a comparable role leading structured problem solving, executive-ready storytelling, and measurable business impact.
  • Transportation and supply chain acumen with the ability to quickly understand (or prior experience in) transportation operations, network performance drivers, and the levers that improve service and cost at scale.
  • Strong analytical capability including comfort with KPIs, financial modeling/forecasting inputs, and translating data into clear insights, tradeoffs, and recommendations.
  • Proven change leadership with experience driving cross-functional initiatives from concept to implementation, including stakeholder alignment, change readiness, and adoption.
  • Executive communication and influence—able to synthesize complex topics, create crisp narratives, and influence senior leaders and diverse partners without direct authority.
  • Program leadership and prioritization skills to manage multiple workstreams, set clear milestones, and deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment.
  • Values-driven leadership with a strong commitment to integrity, accountability, and operational excellence.
