Job Summary
To provide management and administration of departmental operations including financial planning and analysis, human and physical resource allocation, and billing and collections. To plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate the work activities of subordinates.
Responsibilities
- Administers all financial affairs which includes budgeting, billing, collections, payroll, purchases, usage, and allocation of funds.
- Plans, directs, supervises, and coordinates the work activities of subordinates.
- Ensures that employees are compliant with applicable policies and procedures.
- Researches, develops, and implements policies to maximize space utilization and improve administrative processes, procedures, workflow, and worker productivity.
- Develops, plans, organizes, and administers policies and procedures to ensure that administrative and operational objectives are met.
- Ensures compliance with financial and institutional policies and procedures.
- Establishes and maintains comprehensive and current record keeping system of activities and operational procedures.
- Liaises with internal and external constituencies.
Requirements
To qualify, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree with five (5) years of business operations management experience.
- No certifications, licenses or registrations required.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Knowledge of management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources.
- Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures; formulating policy; and developing and implementing new strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Knowledge of financial data and preparation of financial reports.
- Ability to train, supervise, and motivate employees.
Skills
- Knowledge of personal computers and related software applications.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational and analytical skills.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 per year based on experience.
