About the role
Responsible for leading strategic partnerships and business development initiatives that drive growth and innovation in the drug product market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand market share and increase revenue streams.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with strategic goals.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships.
- Proven track record of successful partnership management and business development.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
Skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
