Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with financial advisors
- Identify and engage retirement plan specialists in territory
- Educate financial advisors on service benefits through meetings and presentations
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales goals
- Present sales activities in weekly meetings
- Maintain Salesforce activity logs for tracking engagement
- Manage expenses within allocated budget
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- Minimum two years of experience in financial services
- Five years of preferred experience in retirement plan services
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of retirement plan industry principles
