Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with financial advisors
  • Identify and engage retirement plan specialists in territory
  • Educate financial advisors on service benefits through meetings and presentations
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales goals
  • Present sales activities in weekly meetings
  • Maintain Salesforce activity logs for tracking engagement
  • Manage expenses within allocated budget

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • Minimum two years of experience in financial services
  • Five years of preferred experience in retirement plan services
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of retirement plan industry principles
