Director, Business Development Manager - PMO

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Business Development Manager - PMO to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead PMO-focused business development efforts, with responsibility for expanding the company's presence across target markets and building profitable growth opportunities. You will serve as a key client-facing leader, partnering with internal teams to shape proposals, sharpen pricing strategy, and convert market insight into new business. The position also requires strong relationship management with clients and partners, along with active engagement in networking and market outreach. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually Responsibilities Develop strategies to leverage PMO strengths for profitable growth Identify and secure new PMO business opportunities end-to-end Drive marketing initiatives as the primary client interface Create and lead proposal efforts with expertise in cost estimation Analyze market trends for opportunities in High-Tech, Infrastructure, and Utilities Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners Attend networking events to identify prospective clients Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, information technology, or a related field 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting within Technology, Infrastructure, or Utilities 5+ years leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth environment Strong knowledge of PMO services and related software/tools Proven ability to meet business development targets and expand into new markets Benefits Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
