Director, Business Development (DISA & Special Operations)

About the role

Responsible for delivering high-quality IT solutions to federal civilian, DoW, SLED, commercial, and healthcare clients. Key tasks include managing projects from conception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from inception to delivery
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide feedback to improve processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in IT project management
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and mentor junior staff
• Experience with cybersecurity and data center operations
• Understanding of cloud computing and managed services
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience with AI and data analytics
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience with collaboration tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
