Director - Building Envelope

About the role

The successful candidate will lead technical projects, teams, and strategic initiatives across various building types, markets, and geographic regions. They will provide technical expertise, develop and maintain client relationships, support business development initiatives, train, mentor, and manage staff.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Technical expertise in one or more of the service areas outlined above
• A strong foundation in your discipline, with a commitment to high-quality, technically rigorous work
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across disciplines
• An interest in working on complex, high-impact projects for clients
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and teammates
• The ambition to contribute to the growth and evolution of a developing platform

Qualifications

• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
• Experience in building enclosure services
• Proven track record of success in similar roles

• Technical expertise in sustainability, decarbonization, building code, fire safety, resiliency, indoor environmental quality, and inspections
• Collaborative and communicative leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively across disciplines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
