About the role
The location for this position is virtual/remote. This is your chance to be part of a high performing Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, reservations, and analytics functions!
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of brand-aligned sales strategies that enhance revenue performance across segments, channels, and regions.
- Partner with Brand, Sales, Revenue Management, and Marketing teams to operationalize brand priorities within commercial systems and tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, share shift, and cross-sell by aligning brand storytelling with sales enablement and account strategies.
- Analyze performance data and market trends to inform recommendations and improve brand-driven commercial outcomes.
How You'll Collaborate With Others
- Work with Sales, Brand, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Distribution teams to ensure agreement on priorities and execution.
- Partner with enterprise accounts, field sales leaders, and hotel teams to increase adoption of brand strategies and tools.
- Engage with senior leadership through strategy updates, performance reviews, and important initiative governance forums.
Projects You'll Take Ownership Of
- Lead end-to-end execution of brand-driven commercial initiatives, including campaign launches, sales strategies, and performance tracking frameworks.
- Oversee integration of new brand programs into commercial channels, ensuring understanding across systems, training, and field enablement.
What It Takes to Make the Stay You Have
- Minimum Qualifications: Ten (10) years of experience in sales strategy, brand strategy, commercial operations, or hospitality leadership roles.
- Expertise in leadership, strategic planning, and revenue optimization.
- Experience using data to guide decision-making and performance improvements.
- Experience creating and delivering presentations to senior leaders in a matrixed organization.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
It Would Be Useful If You Have Experience
- Within hospitality, travel, or multi-brand consumer organizations.
- Familiarity with sales enablement platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and commercial analytics tools.

Pay Range
The pay range for this role is $120,000 – $175,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
Schedule
Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, and the Company's long-term incentive plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
