Responsibilities
- Manage key existing partnerships and seek new opportunities and audiences
- Leverage consumer insights and market data to strengthen brand presence and elevate consumer engagement
- Steward the application of Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy!, and other game show brands across a wide range of partnerships
- Ensure brand consistency, quality, and compliance across all brand executions
- Drive revenue performance across categories through effective deal structures and partner management
- Achieve accurate financial forecasting, revenue tracking, and performance evaluation with partners
- Lead and mentor a Senior Manager
- Set clear, challenging objectives and guide the team toward achieving strategic and operational goals
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluation, and development to nurture future leaders
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in licensing, consumer products ideally with entertainment IP and adult consumers
- Proven track record of driving category growth, managing high-profile IP, and leading successful partner relationships
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and financial acumen
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional, and high-visibility environment
