Director, Brand, Campaigns & Communications
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones.
We need to decide which sections to include. The posting includes: About Airlock Digital (company description) maybe "About the role"? Actually "Who Are We? About Airlock Digital" is company overview. Could be "About the role"? Not exactly. But we can treat "About Airlock Digital" as "About the role"? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should map content to those headings where appropriate.
We have:
- About Airlock Digital (company description) -> maybe "About the role"? But that heading is for role description. However we could still use "About the role" for a brief description of the role. The posting includes "What We Are Looking For" which is role overview. So we could put that under "About the role". Then "Key Responsibilities" -> "Responsibilities". Then "Required Skills & Qualifications" -> could be split into "Requirements" and "Qualifications"? The instruction says we can use Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We have both required skills and qualifications. Could combine into "Requirements" and "Qualifications"? Or we could have "Skills" for required skills. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we combine required skills and qualifications into one "Requirements" section (or "Qualifications") and then have a separate "Skills" for bonus points? Bonus points could be "Skills". But the instruction says include a section only when posting has real specific content. Bonus points is specific content, so we could have a "Skills" section for bonus points.
We also have "What We Offer" -> benefits. So we can have "Benefits". No explicit Pay or Schedule, so we omit those.
We also have "Our Commitment" maybe not needed as a heading; could be part of benefits or omitted? It's about culture, flexibility, etc. Could be included as a paragraph under Benefits or as its own section? The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could incorporate "Our Commitment" into Benefits section as a paragraph.
We need to remove boilerplate: The long paragraph about money, benefits, etc. Actually "What We Offer" includes benefits list. That's substantive. The paragraph about "We don’t think money is everything..." is somewhat generic but still part of benefits description; we should keep it as prose.
We also need to remove application instructions, EEO, etc. At the end there is a lot about commitment, hiring process, etc. That's maybe boilerplate but some is substantive about commitment to flexibility etc. Might keep as part of Benefits or a separate section? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The final paragraph about "We believe in supporting our team members both personally and professionally..." is not exactly legal boilerplate; it's about culture. Could keep as part of Benefits or a separate "Our Commitment" but maybe we can incorporate into Benefits.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the company overview, role overview, responsibilities, required skills/qualifications, bonus points, benefits, and commitment.
We need to format using
headings, - for lists,
for prose.
We must not output markdown code fences, just HTML fragment.
Let's structure:
About the role
... (What We Are Looking For paragraph(s) maybe plus company overview? Actually "Who Are We? About Airlock Digital" is company overview, not role. Could be placed under About the role as well? Might be better to have a separate "About Airlock Digital" but not in allowed headings. Could we use "About the role" to include both company and role? Might be okay but risk missing company overview. However we could treat company overview as part of "About the role" as it's context. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. It didn't forbid adding other headings? It says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies those are examples; we could also use other headings? It says use for section headings (e.g. ...). Likely they expect us to use those headings only. So we should map content to those headings. So we need to decide which headings to use.
We have content for:
- About the role: could include the "What We Are Looking For" paragraph plus maybe the company overview as context.
- Responsibilities: the "Key Responsibilities" section.
- Requirements: maybe the "Required Skills & Qualifications" (the bullet list of requirements). Could also include "Bonus Points" as Skills.
- Qualifications: maybe we could split required skills vs qualifications? But we have both required skills and qualifications in same list; we could treat as Requirements.
- Skills: could be the "Bonus Points" section.
- Benefits: the "What We Offer" section.
- Pay and Schedule: not present, omit.
We need to avoid thin sections. If we have both Requirements and Skills, that's okay.
We need to ensure we don't create a heading with filler text. All sections have content.
Now we need to convert lists to - . The responsibilities are a list of items each starting with a bold heading? Actually the responsibilities are paragraphs with headings like "Develop Brand and Campaign Pillars", "Lead Integrated Campaign Planning", etc. Each is a paragraph with bold heading then description. We need to turn each into a list item? The instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should wrap each duty as
- . The heading inside each liability could be kept as strong or just text. We'll keep the content as is.
Similarly, Required Skills & Qualifications is a list of items each starting with bold? Actually it's a paragraph with each requirement separated by periods? Let's examine: "Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related discipline.10+ years of marketing or communications experience within B2B technology, including significant experience in a SaaS environment.5+ years of people leadership.Experience in a senior brand, integrated marketing, campaign, or corporate communications role.Demonstrated ability to translate company strategy and product positioning into compelling marketing themes, creative platforms, and integrated campaigns.Experience planning and executing full-funnel B2B campaigns across awareness, consideration, evaluation, and conversion stages.Strong public relations experience, including direct responsibility for managing agencies across multiple global regions.Experience developing corporate communications, executive communications, thought leadership, and internal communications programs.Exceptional writing, editing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.Strong creative judgment and the ability to provide clear, constructive direction to writers, designers, and agencies.Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Marketing, Product, Sales, and executive stakeholders.Excellent project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, contributors, and approval processes.Strong analytical skills and experience establishing meaningful measures for brand awareness, communications, and campaign effectiveness.Experience managing agency relationships, budgets, scopes of work, and performance.Comfortable operating as a hands-on individual contributor while building the foundation for a future team.Proactive, adaptable, and energized by working in a fast-growing environment where processes and capabilities continue to evolve."
It's a run-on sentences without spaces after periods. We need to preserve all substantive information; we can split into list items based on sentences. We'll separate each sentence as a list item.
Similarly Bonus Points list: "Experience working within cybersecurity, infrastructure, IT, or another complex technical market.Experience supporting integrated marketing and communications across North America, Australia, and EMEA.Experience building or scaling a brand, creative, campaign, or communications function.Understanding of B2B demand generation, account-based marketing, buyer journeys, lead lifecycles, and pipeline measurement.Experience hiring or managing internal writers, designers, or other creative professionals.Familiarity with AI-enabled tools for research, content development, creative production, personalization, and performance analysis."
Again run-on.
Benefits list: "Medical, dental, and vision insurance – 401K Plan with 4% Company Match – Life and Disability Programs – Paid Parental Leave - Paid time off and Paid Holidays – Volunteer and Birthday Time off – Home Office Allowance". That's a list separated by " – ". We'll split into list items.
Now we need to produce HTML.
Let's craft:
About the role
Airlock Digital is a global leader in application control and allowlisting. We seek to empower every organization to run only what they trust and operate free from malware and ransomware. With rapid growth across Australia, North America, and EMEA. We are committed to our core values, respect, determination, and integrity. We support a diverse and expanding global customer base. At Airlock, we pride ourselves on being a team of humble, collaborative, and driven professionals who support one another and share a passion for cybersecurity.
We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and highly collaborative Director of Brand, Campaigns & Communications to shape how Airlock Digital brings its company and product stories to market. Sitting at the intersection of Product Marketing and Demand Generation, you will translate company strategy, product positioning, and market insights into compelling marketing themes and integrated campaign pillars. You will then lead the development of creative, full-funnel campaigns that bring those themes to life across the buyer journey. In partnership with Demand Generation, you will document campaign strategies, define the content and creative assets required across the awareness, consideration, and decision stages, and project-manage execution across internal teams and agency partners. Product Marketing will provide the foundational positioning, messaging, and audience insights; you will transform that foundation into engaging campaign concepts and cohesive market-facing experiences. You will also lead Airlock Digital’s corporate communications strategy, including public relations and internal communications. Working closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, and company leadership, you will help build awareness, strengthen Airlock Digital’s authority and credibility in the Endpoint Security space, and ensure our internal and external communications consistently support company priorities. This will initially be a highly hands-on, individual-contributor leadership role. As the company grows, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a team that may include writers, designers, and other creative or communications professionals.
