Director, Benefits

About the role

The Director, Benefits is responsible for enterprise strategy, governance, administration, and continuous improvement of employee benefits, leave, retirement, time off, and wellness programs across a multi-brand organization. This role provides leadership and strategic guidance to all operating brands and shared services while balancing enterprise consistency, brand-specific needs, regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, and employee experience. This leader partners closely with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, HR Technology, vendors, and business leadership to develop scalable, competitive, and employee-centered programs that support attraction, retention, engagement, business performance, integration efforts, and the organization’s employee value proposition.
