Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all bank related transactions, including foreign currency transactions, financial aid and grant draws, and merchant credit cards.
• Prepare and file University-wide tax returns and process and distribute nonresident alien tax forms.
• Serve as the primary point person for University bond compliance and monitoring.
• Manage the University's investment portfolio, including movement between required bank balances and investment instruments.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree + 10 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree + 8 years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree or higher preferred.
