Director
Pennsylvania Hospital, part of the nationally recognized Penn Medicine Abramson Cancer Center, is seeking an experienced Administrative Director, Cancer Program to provide strategic and operational leadership for a premier oncology service line.

In this highly visible leadership role, you will partner with executive, clinical, and operational leaders to advance cancer care excellence across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will drive strategic planning, quality initiatives, service line integration, accreditation readiness, and operational performance while helping shape the future of oncology services for one of the nation's leading academic medical centers.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and program development for the Cancer Service Line
- Drive operational excellence across oncology, infusion, radiation oncology, research, supportive care, and palliative services
- Collaborate with physicians, executives, and multidisciplinary teams across Penn Medicine
- Ensure compliance with key oncology accreditations and quality standards
- Advance patient-centered care, innovation, and service line growth
Requirements
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of leadership experience within a complex healthcare system
- Experience leading integrated service lines and multidisciplinary teams
- RN and/or Oncology certifications preferred
