About the role

The Director of Field Management will oversee the day-to-day operations of field teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
• Manage team performance through regular feedback and coaching
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and enhance processes
• Ensure all field staff are trained and compliant with company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in field management or a similar role
• Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

$30.00 per hour, with a range from $30.00 to $30.00.

Schedule

Flexible schedule to accommodate fieldwork, including evenings and weekends.
