Job Summary
Kiddie Academy is seeking a dynamic and organized leader to join their Murrieta location as a Front Admin Team member. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, communicate effectively with customers, and provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure the smooth functioning of the school
- Manage the front offices, including customer service responsibilities, maintaining accurate records, scheduling staff breaks, and coordinating school daily operations
- Accountable for enforcing safety protocols and adhering to state regulations
- Research and develop innovative ways to engage with families, staff, and children
- Create and maintain professional and meaningful relationships with parents and families
- Process customer inquiries and payments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or early education-related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and supervising teams
- Proven success in customer service and problem solving
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning capabilities
- Knowledgeable in safety protocols
