Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director
• Assume sole responsibility for the school in the Director’s absence
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children
• Ensure the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards
• Foster an educational, caring, and safe environment for children and parents
• Spark imagination, build self-esteem, and help children discover new things daily
• Promote the positive image of the company and help make it a provider of choice in the community
• Recruit, select, and retain quality staff
• Help achieve profitability for the company

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Previous leadership experience
• At least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must meet state requirements for education and center/school requirements

Pay

Starting hourly rate of $22.89, based on position, education, and experience. Bi-weekly and daily pay options available.
