About the role

The Assessments Director leads complex assessment and integration initiatives by embodying our core purpose of customer obsession, new ideas, and driving innovation, and delivering excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Overall Assessment Support:
    • Maintain and distribute Assessment project calendar and Assessment pipeline calendar.
    • Direct Directors Assessment Manager to create organized files and directories.
    • Oversee the creation, maintenance, and updates of Assessment documents.
    • Review receipt of requested documents and ensure they meet specifications.
    • Follow up on missing documents and ensure Ensemble team has what they need to complete the document and data reviews.
    • Promote a culture of collaboration between the Ensemble functional areas and client contacts and serve as a positive role model for Revenue Cycle.
  • Pre-Onsite or Initial phase of Assessment:
    • Serve as a key participant in pre-sales assessments, supporting the sales process by demonstrating Ensemble’s value through data-driven insights.
    • Prepare and deliver executive-level assessment presentations and report-outs to C-suite audiences, including CFOs and VPs of Business Office.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and internal stakeholders to align assessment timelines and presentation readiness.
    • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients throughout the assessment lifecycle.
  • Onsite Phase:
    • Work with AVP, Assessments to communicate meeting requirements, daily rounding reviews, and creation of findings and recommendations.
    • Run end of day internal review sessions to capture highlights, including findings and potential compliance risk items.
    • Absorb Assessment week-ending report to client team.
  • Post Onsite Review Phase:
    • Oversee and reconcile final deliverable compilation by collaborating with Subject Matter Experts on their findings/recommendations, KPI’s, examples, and all data needed to support our report of financial lift.
    • Submit to Marketing for formatting in a timely manner, allowing time for review and print out of documents.
  • Post Final Presentation Phase:
    • Ensure uploads of final deliverables to ShareFile, including all exhibits.
  • Integration Phase:
    • Lead Client Readiness update meetings held by the STO Team.
    • Collaborate with Manager to create the Best Practice Tracker (BPT) for each new client FOS and generate the exports and worksheets to support the FOS Client Readiness process.
    • Manage the go-live integration process or each new client FOS, including ownership of tracking each Operations Functional Area BPT migration plan status through completion and into operational stead state.
    • Lead weekly meetings with Operational Leaders for each new client to track completion of BPT's and identify any barriers.
    • Review BPT reporting of % complete, barriers, accomplishments, and escalations with AVP and VP.

    Qualifications

    • Deep knowledge of hospital revenue cycle operations.
    • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work with complex or incomplete client data sets.
    • Strong strategic, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • High proficiency in Excel and presentation tools.

    Pay

    $122,900 - $184,350 based on experience and location
