Director Application Development - Salesforce
About the role
We're seeking an experienced Director, Application Development - Salesforce to lead the strategy, delivery, and evolution of our Salesforce and enterprise sales technology ecosystem. This role sits at the center of business transformation, partnering with executive stakeholders to shape the future of how our sales and service organizations engage with customers and advisors.
Responsibilities
- Drive the technology vision and roadmap for our Salesforce ecosystem, including Agentforce, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and key integrated platforms
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Manager, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, Administrators, and Quality Engineers
- Partner closely with business executives, product leaders, and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions that create measurable business value
- Champion Agile delivery practices while balancing strategic priorities, operational excellence, and execution
- Partner across Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Data, Integration, and other IT organizations to align priorities, remove roadblocks, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise initiatives
- Bridge modern cloud technologies with complex enterprise and legacy integrations to deliver seamless customer experiences
