We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes Company Description, Opportunity, Overview, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Additional Information (EEO), Benefits, Compensation Range. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content to these headings. The posting includes: Company Description (maybe not needed as heading? Could be "About the role" or "Overview"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should include sections only if posting has real specific content. We have content for Overview (role description), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Compensation (Pay). No explicit Skills section separate; but Qualifications includes technical and soft skills. Could combine into Qualifications. Could also have a Skills section if we extract technical skills. But better to follow: Overview (maybe as About the role), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. No Schedule info. No Requirements separate (maybe Qualifications covers). We'll not create empty sections. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, cookie/navigation/legal. Remove duplicated lines. Also remove "Additional Information" EEO stuff. Keep Benefits and Compensation. We need to format lists with
  • . For prose use

. We need to include headings as

. Ensure we don't repeat job title. Let's extract content: Company Description: Could be part of "About the role" or maybe we can include as a paragraph under Overview. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". So we can have a heading "About the role" and include company description and overview. Opportunity: maybe part of overview. We'll combine company description and opportunity into a paragraph under About the role. Overview: "Responsible for driving the adoption..." etc. That's the role overview. Could be part of About the role as well. Better: Have About the role heading containing company description, opportunity, overview. Then Responsibilities heading with list of responsibilities (multiple bullet points). The responsibilities section has subheadings: Change Strategy & Adoption Planning, Global-to-Regional Cascade & Operating Model, Playbook Enablement & Measurement Fluency, Adoption Tracking & Continuous Improvement. We need to preserve all substantive information; we can either keep subheadings as

? But instruction only mentions using

for section headings. It didn't forbid other headings, but we should output only HTML fragment; we could use

for subheadings if needed, but not required. Simpler: treat each bullet as a list item, but we need to keep the detailed paragraphs under each subheading. Could make each subheading a

and then paragraphs/lists. That's acceptable as not violating instruction (they only said use

for section headings, but didn't forbid other levels). However to be safe, we could keep everything under Responsibilities as a series of

    and

without extra headings, but we would lose some structure. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we should not create many subheadings; we can combine responsibilities into a single list of duties, but we need to preserve all detail. Could embed the subheading text as part of each list item. We'll produce
      • each responsibility area with its description inside. Similarly Qualifications: we have minimum 7 years experience, proven experience, experience supporting global-to-regional cascades, technical skills, soft skills. Could separate into Qualifications heading with subpoints. We could have

        Qualifications

        then
        • ... each bullet. Similarly Benefits: list. Pay: we have compensation range: USD $65.08 - USD $93.49/Hourly. Also note that compensation will be determined based on skills etc. We'll include that as prose under Pay heading. We must not include Schedule. Now produce HTML. Let's craft:

Opportunity Publicis Groupe is searching for a talented individual to join the team and our bespoke agency for a globally recognized company known for its iconic brands across Snacking, Petcare and Food & Nutrition across our network and around the globe. This is a unique opportunity to partner with iconic brands on their marketing transformation journey. You will help enable the client to future-proof their business, whilst also being part of a Power of One model that integrates media, production, data & tech, social, influencer and commerce to create end-to-end PESO experiences. The global team will consist of individuals from over 70+ markets, all operating with the same vision: To build a better today, for tomorrow. Overview Responsible for driving the adoption, operationalization and sustained usage of the OneMars Measurement & Learning framework across Mars segments, regions and markets. This role will be a critical driver of measurement transformation, helping turn strategy, tools and frameworks into practical ways of working that teams can understand, use and sustain within their assigned segments. This role combines change management, measurement proficiency, collaborator engagement, and operating model rigor. The Measurement Change Lead will partner closely with Measurement Leads, Data Strategy, Reporting, Project Management, Mars collaborators and Publicis capability teams to build the materials, routines, governance, training and enablement needed to scale the framework from global intent into regional and market adoption. The role will monitor Measurement Readiness, surface adoption barriers and help ensure the framework becomes an embedded part of how teams plan, activate, report, optimize and learn.

          Then Responsibilities:

          Responsibilities

          • Change Strategy & Adoption Planning: Lead the change strategy for adoption of the OneMars Measurement & Learning framework across assigned Mars segments, regions and markets. Translate framework priorities into practical change plans, adoption roadmaps, collaborator maps, achievement plans, communications and governance routines. Define the operating model required to sustain measurement adoption, including roles, responsibilities, decision rights, cadences, routes for critical issues, handoffs and feedback loops. Partner with Measurement Leads, Data Strategy, Reporting and Project Management teams to align adoption plans with data readiness, reporting rollout, dashboard availability and market implementation timelines. Identify change impacts for each audience group, clarifying what is changing, what remains the same, what is being sunset, and what new behaviors are required from global, regional and local teams. Ensure adoption activity is practical, sequenced and grounded in market realities, rather than limited to framework documentation or one-off training.
          • Global-to-Regional Cascade & Operating Model: Design and manage the global-to-regional cascade for the OneMars Measurement & Learning framework, ensuring segment teams understand how global principles translate into regional and market ways of working. Create clear cascade materials for assigned segments, including briefing packs, talking points, workshop materials, collaborator updates, launch communications and leadership readouts. Support regional and market teams in adapting the framework to local maturity, available data, reporting capabilities and existing planning/activation processes while maintaining global consistency. Clarify where the framework connects into the One Mars Process, including growth planning, PESO system design, activation planning, real-time reporting, post-campaign analysis and learning loops. Maintain alignment between segment partners, Mars leadership, Publicis capability teams and agency ecosystem partners so adoption is coordinated and ownership is clear.
          • Playbook Enablement & Measurement Fluency: Develop and maintain playbook enablement materials that help teams apply the Measurement & Learning framework consistently across planning, activation, reporting, optimization and post campaign learning. Create user-friendly guidance, FAQs, one-pagers, checklists, training modules, workshop agendas, role-based journeys and onboarding materials for different audiences and maturity levels. Translate measurement concepts, critical metric hierarchies, data definitions, test-and-learn requirements, dashboard usage and learning-library expectations into clear actions for non-technical collaborators. Partner with Measurement Leads and Reporting teams to ensure playbooks reflect live tools, dashboard capabilities, data availability, QA requirements and agreed reporting cadences. Support the creation of reusable templates for Measurement Readiness, test setup, post-campaign learning capture, benchmark development, dashboard adoption and regional feedback collection.
          • Adoption Tracking & Continuous Improvement: Own adoption tracking for assigned segments, using Measurement Readiness indicators to monitor whether markets have the people, process, data, tools and governance required to use the framework effectively. Define and maintain Measurement Readiness dashboards or trackers covering adoption achievements, training completion, dashboard access, data availability, reporting compliance, process adherence, collaborator engagement and open risks. Run regular check-ins, workshops and readiness reviews with global, regional and market teams to capture blockers, questions, data gaps, ownership issues and support needs. Convert adoption feedback into continuous improvement actions, including playbook updates, additional training, revised communications, process changes, critical issue items and roadmap adjustments. Prepare concise readouts for senior Mars and Publicis collaborators on adoption progress, readiness risks, decisions required and recommended next steps. Ensure lessons from pilots, dashboard rollouts, QBRs, post-campaign analyses and test-and-learn programs are captured, shared and used to improve future framework adoption.
