Director, Americas Professional Services

Responsibilities

• Own the operational performance and financial results of the Americas Professional Services business
• Manage regional Professional Services P&L focusing on forecasts and key metrics
• Develop scalable operating rhythms to enhance execution and visibility
• Continuously improve delivery processes and organizational health
• Set clear goals and expectations across the team
• Ensure high customer satisfaction while maintaining delivery excellence
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance business performance

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or related fields
• 7+ years in leadership roles managing teams
• Proven success in operational performance and financial management
• Experience scaling organizations in high-growth SaaS environments
• Strong operational mindset with governance and metrics expertise
• Ability to make quick decisions in uncertain situations
• Experience managing change while keeping teams engaged
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

Pay

$154,200 – $203,110 annually
