Director, Air Vehicle Integration

About the role

Lead the development and implementation of advanced data strategies and solutions that enhance our air vehicle integration capabilities. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data-driven insights into our product development processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive data strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate data solutions into new and existing products.
• Drive the adoption of data analytics tools and platforms to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in data strategy and solutions to inform continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in data strategy and solution development, preferably in aerospace or similar high-tech industries.
• Proven track record of successful project management and leadership in data-driven environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively.
• Experience with data visualization tools and platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across multiple departments.

Qualifications
