Responsibilities
- Architect strategies to integrate AI across the company’s workforce
- Design job architecture to reflect evolving roles and ensure clarity and alignment
- Collaborate with HR and leaders to identify skill gaps and create upskilling pathways
- Utilize data-driven insights for effective talent planning and decision-making
- Embed AI fluency into talent processes like hiring and performance management
- Develop learning frameworks to help employees adapt to AI advancements
- Lead a small team using AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows
Qualifications
- 10+ years in HR, People Operations, or management consulting, with 3-5 years of team management experience
- Experience leading AI or large-scale transformation initiatives with a focus on people management
- Proficient in formal change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
- Skill in delivering AI transformation training directly to employees
- Hands-on experience building AI agents to enhance team workflows
- Active use of AI tools in daily professional activities
- Experience in workforce planning and organizational design
