Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team using AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in HR, People Operations, or management consulting, with 3-5 years of team management experience
  • Experience leading AI or large-scale transformation initiatives with a focus on people management
  • Proficient in formal change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
  • Skill in delivering AI transformation training directly to employees
  • Hands-on experience building AI agents to enhance team workflows
  • Active use of AI tools in daily professional activities
  • Experience in workforce planning and organizational design
