Director, AI Security Specialist

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, working across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $194,250 – $277,500 annually.

Responsibilities

• Scale the AI technical strategy with global sales leadership
• Recruit and mentor a team of Principal AI Security Specialists
• Create standardized playbooks from technical case studies
• Serve as the technical advisor for Fortune 500 executives
• Synthesize customer insights to influence product development

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solutions engineering with a strong sales management background
• Deep knowledge of enterprise security, including cloud and Zero Trust architecture
• Familiarity with modern AI patterns and associated data security risks
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging C-suite executives
• Cross-functional collaboration experience with Product and Engineering teams
• Ability to travel up to 40% for client engagement
