Director, AI Engagements

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Own and shape engagement strategy, defining roadmaps and success metrics with client leadership
• Lead executive-level discussions, translating AI's potential into actionable client plans
• Engage hands-on with projects, configuring systems and validating outputs using real data
• Set direction for project delivery, collaborating with engineers to solve ambiguous business challenges
• Design operational models that redefine team processes and governance in legal settings
• Drive architectural decisions and integration within client technology ecosystems
• Contribute to the foundational culture and operations, influencing future growth

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in senior roles within AI, legal operations, or technology transformation
• Proven track record of running end-to-end engagements and being accountable for results
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and production environments
• Strong technical comprehension to engage with engineers on system architecture
• Exceptional communication skills to build trust with clients at all levels
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and shape strategies from a ground-floor perspective

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
