Accountabilities
- Lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of AI-focused technical learning content.

- Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, continuous improvement, and learning.
Requirements
- Experienced content and technology leader with a strong understanding of technical education, emerging technologies, and team leadership.
- 8-12+ years of experience in technical content, content operations, technical education, curriculum development, technical production, program management, or digital learning.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and experience creating educational experiences for professional audiences.
- Experience improving workflows, production processes, delivery models, and quality standards.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical, and impactful learning experiences.
- Experience collaborating across curriculum, product, engineering, production, operations, and business teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to lead through influence and create alignment across diverse teams.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and helping professionals build future-ready skills.
