Accountabilities

• Lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of AI-focused technical learning content.
• Manage a team of content professionals while building efficient workflows, prioritizing high-value initiatives, and ensuring learners receive accurate, relevant, and engaging educational experiences.
• Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, continuous improvement, and learning.

Requirements

• Experienced content and technology leader with a strong understanding of technical education, emerging technologies, and team leadership.
• 8-12+ years of experience in technical content, content operations, technical education, curriculum development, technical production, program management, or digital learning.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and experience creating educational experiences for professional audiences.
• Experience improving workflows, production processes, delivery models, and quality standards.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical, and impactful learning experiences.
• Experience collaborating across curriculum, product, engineering, production, operations, and business teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to lead through influence and create alignment across diverse teams.
