Responsibilities
- Set and maintain AI & automation strategy aligned with Medicare Advantage priorities
- Lead the development of a high-performing AI & Automation Engineering team
- Drive the design and implementation of enterprise-scale automation solutions
- Establish best practices for AI platforms and automation tools integration
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable business impact
- Ensure compliance with responsible AI frameworks and regulatory standards
- Manage operational budgets and vendor partnerships
Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI/ML roles; 3-5 years in a senior leadership position
- Track record of delivering large-scale AI/ML systems and automation solutions
- Experience leading diverse engineering teams; talent management background
- Deep knowledge in machine learning, NLP, generative AI, and intelligent automation
- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships in tech domains
Pay
$172,364 – $258,547 annually
