Director, Agency Partnerships
About the Role
As a Director, Agency Partnerships, you will serve as a senior leader responsible for driving strategic growth across a portfolio of high-value Publicis clients (Sanofi). This role goes beyond tactical selling—requiring deep partnership with executive stakeholders across Publicis agency groups and brand teams to build scalable, long-term joint business plans that advance DeepIntent’s footprint and client outcomes. You will own the full sales lifecycle for a subset of strategic accounts, managing high-stakes, enterprise-level deals and collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional client value.
Reporting to the VP of Agency Partnerships, you will work cross-functionally with Client Success, Product, Strategy, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution, measurable growth, and lasting impact across both agency and direct brand relationships.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow senior-level relationships across Sanofi, including investment, strategy, and programmatic teams, as well as direct brand engagement for key clients, to drive long-term strategic partnerships.
- Lead end-to-end sales efforts for DeepIntent’s full product suite, including independently designing, negotiating, and executing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) directly with agencies or brands, with a focus on closing large-scale upsell opportunities.
- Deliver compelling, customized sales presentations and platform demos that align with client goals, while also responding to RFPs/RFIs and positioning DeepIntent competitively through deep market insight and platform expertise.
- Collaborate with Client Success and Platform Support to ensure smooth onboarding, ongoing client satisfaction, and technically-informed client interactions.
- Act as a strategic voice of the agency client internally, informing the product roadmap through cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Strategy.
- Represent DeepIntent externally as a thought leader at industry events while continuously advancing your product and market knowledge.
- Manage an eight-figure annual sales quota, driving strategic growth across the Publicis account with a dedicated focus on Sanofi.

- 3+ years of direct sales experience in CTV, with strong relationships across investment, planning, and programmatic video teams.
- Experience working directly with pharmaceutical clients and a deep understanding of the healthcare advertising ecosystem.
- Deep knowledge of contractual business terms, with experience negotiating and closing complex MSAs and platform agreements.
- Track record of exceeding revenue goals and executing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) directly with brands or agencies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into strategic insights and client recommendations.
- Passionate about programmatic advertising, highly organized, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
