This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency within a regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage actuarial staff and oversee daily operations
- Prepare rate filings for various group products
- Develop rating strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Support the claims reserve process with advanced analysis
- Assist in pricing development for new products
- Identify factors affecting premium trends and pricing strategies
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics or Statistics
- 8 years of experience in an Actuarial role
- 5 years of management or leadership experience
- ASA or ACAS designation and pursuing FSA or FCAS designation
- Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA)

Pay
$169,500 – $286,700 annually
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
