We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections with real content. The posting includes description about role, responsibilities, qualifications, salary range, benefits. No schedule details. So we can have sections: About the role (maybe intro), Responsibilities, Requirements (minimum qualifications), Preferred Qualifications could be under Qualifications or Skills? Could treat as Qualifications (minimum) and Preferred Qualifications as separate? But we can combine. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, background checks, etc. Also remove "Visit our Life Page on LinkedIn..." maybe that's fluff but it's about culture; could be part of About the role? It's not essential but it's substantive? It's promotional; we can keep as part of About the role. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that sentence about Life Page? It's not essential but it's part of posting. It's not boilerplate; it's about culture. We'll include in About the role. We need to include Salary Range and Benefits sections. Pay section: we have salary range $66,000 - $70,000 (commensurate with experience). The instruction says: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting states salary range, but includes "(commensurate with experience)". That's not filler? It's a qualifier. It's okay. We'll include Pay section with that sentence. Benefits: they list benefits. Include Benefits section. Schedule: not mentioned, so omit. We need to include About the role: maybe a paragraph summarizing the role: The Director, Bucks 360 provides operational leadership... etc. We'll include that. Responsibilities: list essential functions: Program Leadership and Grant Administration, Student Recruitment, Support, and Programming, Collaboration and Program Development, Assessment and Continuous Improvement. Could break into bullet list. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications bullet list. Qualifications: maybe Preferred Qualifications bullet list. Skills: could be part of qualifications; but we could have Skills section for strong written, verbal, etc. However we already have those in Minimum Qualifications. Might be redundant. Better to have Requirements (minimum qualifications) and Preferred Qualifications as separate sections? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can map: Requirements = Minimum Qualifications. Qualifications = Preferred Qualifications. Skills = maybe the strong written, verbal, etc. But those are already in Minimum Qualifications. Could split: Minimum Qualifications under Requirements, and Skills under Skills (the interpersonal skills). But we risk duplication. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; we can include them in both places? That would duplicate content, which is not summarizing away but repeating. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; does not forbid duplication, but better to avoid redundancy. We could put the interpersonal skills under Skills section, and keep other qualifications under Requirements. Let's parse Minimum Qualifications list: - Master’s degree in higher education, education, counseling, social work, student affairs, or a related field. - At least three years of progressively responsible experience in higher education, student success, academic support, advising, coaching, access programs, or a related area. - Experience supporting students from academically, financially, or educationally underserved populations. - Experience using student or program data for assessment, reporting, and improvement. - Strong written, verbal, organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, maintain accurate records, and collaborate across departments. - Commitment to inclusive, student-centered practices. - Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends and travel among College locations as needed. We could split: Requirements: education, years experience, experience supporting underserved populations, experience using data. Skills: strong written/verbal/organizational/interpersonal/presentation skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, etc., commitment to inclusive practices, ability to work occasional evenings/weekends/travel. Preferred Qualifications: list. Thus we have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Preferred Qualifications (maybe under Qualifications), Benefits, Pay. We need to use

for each section heading. Now craft HTML. We'll output:
