Director 2 ERP Platforms (SAP)

For our client, we are seeking a Director 2 ERP Platforms (SAP) to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This leader will own the strategy and direction for the SAP-centered ERP platform, ensuring it supports critical business operations across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and adjacent enterprise systems. The role will drive a multi-year roadmap, align end-to-end processes, and guide transformation efforts that improve integration, efficiency, and platform readiness. It will also partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to manage the lifecycle of enterprise applications and keep the organization aligned with evolving SAP capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring deep SAP ERP leadership experience in complex, regulated environments and will help shape future-state processes across a large, enterprise-scale landscape. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $242,100 – $363,100 annually Responsibilities Define and own the SAP-centric ERP platform vision and multi-year roadmap Ensure the ERP, MES, and PLM ecosystem optimizes end-to-end business processes Stay current on SAP’s roadmap and translate trends into a forward-looking roadmap Manage the SAP application lifecycle, including upgrades and platform rationalization Lead large, multi-year SAP transformation initiatives and drive harmonization of core processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field; advanced degree preferred 15+ years of experience in SAP ERP and enterprise applications, including 5+ years in leadership roles Experience leading major SAP S/4HANA programs in Aerospace & Defense or other regulated industries Deep hands-on leadership in at least one core SAP domain, such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PS, QM, or WM/EWM Strong understanding of end-to-end process domains, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, and their integration with SAP, MES, and PLM Benefits Relocation assistance may be available Health insurance coverage Life and disability insurance Savings plan Paid time off (PTO) for vacation and personal business Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
