REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll join a mission-driven team and create relationships that motivate us all every day.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Program Supervisor with Meds
  • Orientation training
  • Individuals appointments
  • Support people with their personal hygiene
  • Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs
  • Be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
  • Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
  • Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition

Requirements

  • Must be flexible during the week
  • Hours mostly mid mornings
  • Work every other weekend
  • 10am-6pm

Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
