About the role
Provide direct support services in a residential setting to individuals experiencing crisis situations.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Monitor and maintain safety within the facility
- Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document resident interactions and progress in a timely manner
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience working with individuals in crisis situations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
