About the role

Join Spread Your Wings, LLC. – SLS to provide a safe and supportive environment for clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. We offer full-time, graveyard shifts with a driver's license requirement.

Responsibilities

• Aid clients in building independent living skills such as cooking, budgeting, and hygiene.
• Encourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
• Create and organize tasks and schedules to promote goal achievement for clients.
• Document progress through case notes consistently.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a background check (per state industry standards).

Qualifications

• No experience or caregiver certificate needed—training provided (Entry-Level).
• Must have a heart for helping others and believe in treating people with dignity and respect.
• Strong communication skills, dependability, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in one-on-one settings.
• Behavioral health experience preferred but not required.
